Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 50% rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and credit card through paypal are accepted forms of payment. For payments with paypal there is an additional 3% fee. Damage deposit of 500.00 US dollars will be collect with final payment. Damage deposit will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of one night's rent. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and
more than 32 days prior to arrival there is a fee of three nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 31 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. We live in the tropics, please keep the kitchen clean and
free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately. Please help us conserve energy, turn off all air conditioners, electrical appliances and lights when not in use.
Absolutely no Smoking in the Condo. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after eleven o’clock at night.
You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.

On departure: Air-conditioners,lights and electrical appliances should be set off. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. Leave keys on kitchen counter top.
