Our tropical temperature averages 82 degrees, F. (28 degrees, C.). The evening temperatures can be cooler in the winter months, especially in the hills. The Summer daytime temperatures can be higher. You may want to bring long pants and a dress for the casinos and upscale restaurants. We recommend bringing more than one swimsuit. On some Winter nights, a light sweater or jacket may be required.
Rincon and the rest of Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time (AST). In late Fall and Winter, we are an hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time. The rest of the year, we are in synch with Eastern Daylight Time.
House Rules
1. Sorry, but no pets allowed.
2. Smoking is not permitted in the homes. It is strongly encouraged that long term tenants obtain their own renters insurance in the event of fire or other unexpected natural disaster.
3. The water shall not be left running in bathroom, kitchen or elsewhere on the premises. All leaks shall be immediately reported to the Property Manager. In the event of an emergency please use the Emergency Phone Numbers provided in the guest book to get help immediately.
4. The toilets, sinks and wash-basins are to be used for the purpose for which they are intended, and no dust, rubbish, litter, coffee grounds, tea leaves, egg shells, parings or garbage are to be put into the same.
5. No loud music after 10:00 P.M. or before 9:00 A.M.
6. Tenants must not drive nails in walls. No sticky tape either.
7. Electric range, refrigerator or other appliances shall be kept in a state comparable to that which it was received at time of rental.
8. Needed repairs should be reported to the property manager.
9. Please turn off air conditioners, fans, lights and all electrical appliances when not in use. Help us conserve energy, and keep the costs low.
10. Please do not hang beach towels in the balcony.
11. Empty all trash from the Condo at check-out.
12. Make sure all lights and air conditioners are off at check out.
13. Please take care of the property, all is there for your enjoyment!
